Upon receipt of your instructions, we shall update our record and send a reply to both your old and new addresses.

Dividend Payments

Yes, most listed companies accept dividend banking instructions from shareholders. The dividend payable to you will be paid direct to your bank account (which must be a HK$ account in your name and opened with a bank in Hong Kong) and a notice detailing the dividend payment will be sent to your registered address.

  • your name as shown on the share certificate(s)
  • your share certificate(s) numbers
  • your present address
  • details of your bank account including the name of bank and your bank account number
  • your telephone number
  • your signature

Upon receipt of your instructions, we shall record your bank account and send a reply to you.

Upon receipt of your instructions, we shall update our record and send a reply to you.

Please return the out-of-date dividend warrant to us. You can also download the form – “Report of Lost/Stale Dividend Warrants and Request for Replacements” and complete the relevant sections of the form. Please return the form to us together with your dividend warrant.

If the dividend is still outstanding, we shall arrange for the dividend warrant to be updated (or replaced) and returned to you.

  • which dividend warrant you have lost

Upon receipt of your notice, we shall liaise with the listed company to issue a replacement dividend warrant to you.

Lost Certificates

Please write to us immediately giving us the following:

  • the name of the listed company
  • the name registered with the company
  • your holding and/or the number of your share/warrant certificate(s)
  • your present address
  • which bonus you have not received
  • your telephone number
  • your signature

Or, you can download the form – “Report of Lost Share/Warrant Certificates and Request for Replacements” and complete the relevant sections of the form. To protect shareholders’ interests, we do not accept faxed instructions. Please sign the form and return it to us by mail.

Upon receipt of your notice, we shall freeze the bonus certificate and send you an information sheet explaining the replacement procedures together with the necessary form(s) for your completion.

  • details of your bank account including the name of bank and your bank account number
  • your telephone number

Upon receipt of your notice, we shall freeze the lost certificate(s) and send you an information sheet explaining the replacement procedures together with the necessary form(s) for your completion.

Or, you can download the form for “Notification of Share/Warrant Certificates Found” and complete the relevant sections of the form. To protect shareholders’ interests, we do not accept faxed instructions. Please sign the form and return it to us by mail.

If the share certificate has not been replaced, we shall cancel the loss report and advise you that the certificate becomes valid for transfer.

If the missing certificate has already been replaced by a new one, the original certificate is now invalid. You must return it to us immediately for cancellation.
